Resize Image on Mod Page?

On a mod page, I'm using the insert image icon to add an image. That works fine. But once the image is on the mod page, it takes up the entire horizontal space. How do I make the image smaller?

 

On the old Nexus site, there was no problem resizing. Since the site overhaul, I'm not getting the tool to come up that lets me drag the image larger or smaller. What am I missing?

The ability to crop the images has been temporarily removed. I would suggest for now using the tools built into Windows to resize/crop the image before uploading.
