I am a moderately experienced elder scrolls modder so I downloaded a bunch of mods, organized everything with loot, make my merged and batch patches, you know, I made sure I dotted all my i's. PROBLEM:After all the work I put in to make everything work, I start up my game using SKSE (If I start the game with the default exe I get the same result), the Bethesda logo comes up and plays then It goes to the selection screen where you select new game, load game etc. However, the skyrim logo comes up and there is just a wheel in the bottom right corner. My gut says it is a load order issue, but loot says everything is fine. Here is my load order copied from loot below. I then disabled my merged and bashed patches one at a time and neither of them stopped the issue.
