After the new update as of July 15 ( I believe) and updating all my required mods to run game (skse,looksmeny,mcm menu, player voice and transfer settlements) i get weird debug like way point I cons everywhere on screen. \is there  a way to disable them?

It was Looksmenu. they have just recently released a new version to remove the debug items.
