Slow download speeds

Hello wonderful person,

 

I have been getting issues with download speeds, even after buying Premium. I have followed the guide here: https://help.nexusmods.com/article/92-im-having-download-issues-what-can-i-do

Things I have tried:

 

-Reset DNS

-Hard Boot Windows (Clear RAM)

-Uninstalled then Clear Firefox and Windows Temp Files

-Reinstalled Vortex

-CClean

-Change default download to LA

 

Also, it seems downloading Vortex is struggling with Firefox. I downloaded Chrome Offline Installer along side and you can clearly see the difference: https://prnt.sc/o47fpw

 

I didn't have the problem last year with Nexus/Vortex - any help is appreciated

Hi dismay,

 

Being in Australia, we've had reports in the past that you get a bad connection to most of our servers. We actually added the Singapore server specifically for users in Asia/Oceania which seems to have improved the speeds for most users.

 

Can you change your default CDN location to Singapore? That server should give you the best speed.
