Better Population mod

Hi,

I am looking for a mod that implements unarmed/armed with a small knife civillian or prespector that travel around the mojave. When I explore, I want to see like monsters or other enemies kill these travelers and make it feel more realistic. Most traveling mods on nexus are either too well-armed or doesn't respawn. this is a paid job.
