File busy when enabling/disabling mods

Hello,

I am using Vortex since Nexus Mod Manager is no longer the main Mod Manager, first I had no problem but recently every time I disable/enable a mod an erro message is written saying: file busy, Vortex needs to access Program Files but it's open in another application. Please close the file in all other applications and then retry. Please close the following applications and retry: Skyrim (19016).

But the thing is that everything is closed in my computer unless I don't know where to find it. This problem damages my game because I can no longer play.

If you know what is the problem I would really appreciate it.

The error message says Skyrim is still running. You can't change mods while it is open.

If you don't know how to use the Task Manager - reboot your computer.
