HadToRegister Posted July 8, 2019 Share Posted July 8, 2019 You downloaded it from NexusMods yes?This is answered daily.Your antivirus renamed the EXE to DLL, rename Vortex.exe.dll or Vortex.DLL, back to Vortex.exe and get rid of that Antivirus you're using that is renaming stuff without telling you.
