Vortex is telling me i dont have the DLC installed when I do. Not a huge deal, just annoying because its a permanent notification I think. Vortex gave me no such notice for my Fallout 3 and Fallout NV setups, which I have played extensively. While that information doesn't help you solve your problem, it may indicate that the issue is not a bug but a problem in your setup. That's why we need more information.
