Unrealistic Shader on Snow/Rocks at Night

I had this look in my current save game for a while now and I tried to find out what the source of the issue was. Since I was running modded Skyrim, I assumed it was one of my mods that was doing this kind of a shader problem when it comes to dark nights. The same issue occurs during the day, but it's less noticeable. At night however it's very terrible. Here are some pictures as visual representation.

I have tried disabling Vivid Weathers, True Storms, Darker Nights, and ELFX to see if they had a impact on the shader problems but to no avail. I have not tried disabling all of the mods and see if the problem persists however. I have also disabled EnableBetterSnow in the .INI file for the game as well, yet the problem still occurs. I'd be much obliged if the problem is fixed somehow. Thanks.
