Fallout 4 Gray Screen when loading in

I just installed about 10 mods and I can not play the game because I just get a gray screen every time I load into a game, is there anyway to fix this? I am pretty sure it is because of start me up, but I don't know.

Also whenever I create a new game, it starts the mirror screen upside down and only changing the fov helps me, however as soon as I finish my character I am stuck on the gray screen and stuck in the ground

Yeah, this doesn't fix anything unless. This is literally just a FX mod that changes the saturation of the game.
