FPS Drops make the game unplayable

Hey, this is my first post and i came here today asking for help... So the thing is that im having some serious FPS Drops that make the game unplayable as the title said, i went from 50-60fps playing in ultra config to 10-20 even at the lowest settings.

 

I have exactly 28 mods atm(Half of them are translation mods) and none of them are grafic improvements and that kind of stuff, just things that make the vanilla game more enjoyable... I added some mods during the gameplay but it never affected the performance, i used to play at a good framerate with all those mods, then i left the game for like a week and recently when i wanted to play again it was like it is now. i've already tried a lot of methods and this is really freaking me out

 

Things that i've tried so far with no result:

 

-Changing the value from 0 to 1 on "SkyrimPrefs.ini"

 

-Installing The "SSE Fixes" mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/10547

 

-Modifying Game settings with Nvidia control panel

 

-Also modifying Vsync options with Nvidia Inspector

 

None of the above worked for me, the game still goes within 10 to 20fps no matter what i do and im really desperate right now, i really hope you people can help me :confused:

any chance you are running HDT? if so, that hits the vram hard when there are more females in area but when collisions are enabled then it really slams the system with the more body collisions going on.

Nah i don't have that or any physics mod... i think i've tried almost all at this point so i guess im going for a clean reinstall, thanks anyways
