Hello fallout fans, this is a strange and certainly interesting audio glitch that's kinda rare but still happens often enough to where this isn't my first experience with it, just the first time I was able to record it. Man am I glad I decided to stream early in the morning because I could have easily not been recording this. And my favorite part is how it happens almost immediately upon starting the game. But without further ado please enjoy

 

Restart the video if it's not at the beginning trust me that's a big part of it
