M0ro Posted August 7, 2019 Share Posted August 7, 2019 (edited) I am not a pro , since this shows graphical glitchy scene with the rain i would start and remove environment mods like that "climate of Tamriel" and see how it goes without it.Untick one per one and see, that is the best solution for you.Best regards.
