They removed api support for NMM, which for me, was the absolute best manager out there, and in so doing, completely trashed my mod setup that I worked 5+ years on. Secondly, Vortex is trash. What the hell were they thinking, forcing this pile of s#*! on us? even MO works better than this crap -_- It should not take me 8 minutes to download a mod I already have installed and enabled with NMM - but oh wait! I can't use NMM because you idiots forced that out of use! f*#@ my life, just bring NMM back you sacks of s#*!, it worked just fine without you screwing over the veteran modding community -_- Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've downloaded several hundred mods, in fact many of which where I archived the entirety of downloadable options for fear they might be removed by their authors down the road (ex: a follower that has seven or 8 different body options, totaling around a gig or more of file content) , and no file has taken more than a minute to download, even the very fattest ones. Admittedly, I've only been playing Skyrim since this spring, (last games I played before this was FFXI - quit in 2009 when the membership fell off drastically and what was left was busily converting from player player interaction to bot-helpers (like crude Skyrim followers), and GT5/6 (quit playing heavily in ~2014/15 when the authors failed to live up to their promises to the community and I moved onto other pursuits) and I only have an installed base of ~230 or so mods for Skyrim, but personally speaking, as a relative Skyrim novitiate, I've had virtually zero problems with Vortex.
