Stuck at 60fps

My game is stuck at 60fps. I've tried a few things, but I think it has something to do with ENBoost.

 

My PC isn't the problem, I have a GTX 1070 and an Intel i7 CPU.

 

I have the latest version of Skyrim Legendary Edition, as well as SKSE.

I use NMM, and LOOT, and have a bashed patch.

As I said, I've tried a few things short of uninstalling and reinstalling, and I think it has something to do with the ENBoost's FPS Cap feature. If it isn't that, then I have no idea what to do.

 

EDIT: So stuck at 60fps is good, that's pretty good. Thanks everyone.

hey there. Skyrim engine is a old engine system, it cant handle more than 60 fps. if it goes beyond 60 fps, it will eventually break. its not a problem when you stuck at 60 fps, its a good thing.
