SSE Werewolf effects in Human Form

I was wondering if anyone could help me create a small mod that adds a few active effects in human form when you are a werewolf. I know there are plenty of mods out there that improve werewolf gameplay, I'm currently using Moonlight Tales, though there's none that simply creates a couple of active effects when you are in human form. Im currently trying to create it on the Creation Kit but I have zero experience with it and I dont want to mess anything up.

 

I'm trying to create an active effect called "Beast Blood" or something alike that:

 

adds +100 health points

adds +100 stamina points

double regeneration on both of those outside of combat

and increases your movement speed by 25%

maybe even increase unarmed damage by a few points, that would make sense because of werewolf super human strenght

 

That way I feel playing as a werewolf would feel more similar to movies like Underworld.

If anyone can make a mod that does just that or show me how to create it on the Creation Kit, I would appreciate it
