Invisible Armor After Replacing the Mesh

Hey guys,

This is my first post on the forums and I haven't managed to find any viable answers to this question anywhere else prior (which is not to say they don't exist) so I thought posting here might be worth a shot.

I recently downloaded the "Deathbrand Weapons and Armor Replacer" mod but wanted to change the helmet mesh/texture to that of the "Raghot" Dragon Priest mask from "Apophysis Dragon Priest Masks" mod because I found it suited the rest of the armor kit nicely and the vanilla helmet mesh had to go.

The Dragon Priests Mask helmet meshes were listed like this (for the particular one I wanted):
- dragonhelm_greenstone_0.nif

- dragonhelm_greenstone_1.nif

- dragonhelm_greenstone_go.nif

- dragonhelm_greenstonef_0.nif

- dragonhelm_greenstonef_1.nif

The Deathbrand replacer mod meshes were arranged like this: (these are listed without some folder/file paths)

> Deathbrand

> f

> m

- bootsgnd.nif

- cuirassgnd.nif

- gauntletsgnd.nif

- helmetgnd.nif

Now from this folder what I did was replace the helmetgnd.nif with dragonhelm_greenstone_go.nif from the Apophysis Dragon Priest Masks mod and obviously renamed it to helmetgnd.nif. Now, I went into the >m folder to modify the male meshes:

>m

- 1stpersoncuirass_0.nif

- 1stpersoncuirass_1.nif

- boots_0.nif

- boots_1.nif

- cuirass_0.nif

- cuirass_1.nif

- gauntlets_0.nif

- gauntlets_1.nif

- gauntletsbeast_0.nif

- gauntletsbeast_1.nif

- helmet.nif

- helmetarg.nif

- helmetkhaj.nif

In this folder I replaced the helmet.nif with dragonhelm_greenstone_0 from the dragonpriest mask mod and renamed it to match helmet.nif (I didn't touch the khaj or argonian files at this point but did try the same method by changing them also).

After this I moved the corresponding textures into the matching texture folder and attached the meshes to their textures and all were showing up fine in the nifSkopes.

When I added the mod through MO2 and launched the game the rest of the Deathbrand (replaced) armor was showing up fine but the helm was invisible, it was a visible mesh with purple/missing textures but the mesh itself was completely invisble.

I'm not entirely sure how to fix this at this point because I've used the same method for other pieces of armor or weaponry and it has worked fine in the past.

Any help would be appreciated, cheers.

*SOLVED*
FIX: Hey guys I did some playing around and saw that in the Nif file the mask and the helmet were set to different body parts. I expanded the BSDismemberSkinInstance of each nif and then expanded the Partitions section down the bottom left which showed a "Body part:" section. The masks were listed as BP_30_HEAD or something to that effect while the Helm was listed as BP_131_HAIR or similar. All I did was change the masks to match the Helm body part and it worked perfectly fine.

EDIT: Also the mask in question was actually the Hevnoraak Mask rather than the Raghot one - for anyone else who wants a clean looking deathbrand helm replacement.
