Equiped weapons and parts of follower armor have disappeared from the eq after installing CBBE with Vortex

Hi,

 

I've installed CBBE(and only this) using Vortex and all of my weapons(Nordic sword, dagger and bow) disappeared from my eq, also my follower lost helmet, gauntlets and boots(Nordic Armor). Strange thing is that my character seems to still hold it in her hands but it's not there. I've tried to load save's from before installing the mod -> nothing, verifying files with Steam -> nothing, removed mod and reinstalled the hole game -> nothing, tried to fix save using FallrimTools, SaveTool and SKYRIM Save Cleaner -> almost nothing, only the warning about missing parts was gone(it's highly possible that I was using this tools in the wrong way - maybe some advice?).

 

On this save I almost didn't use any cheats - a few times tcl and tgm thats all, and that was a long time ago.

I didn't install any other mods either.

 

Skyrim: LE, OS: Win 10

 

I've searched for this in google, reddit, steam and also here but nothing I've found was able to help me with this issue. This is the first time that something like this happened to me...

 

I know that this elements are replaceable but what I don't know is that if there are not any other things missing.

 

I really don't want to start a new game right now, so the question is: Is it possible to fix it somehow and how?

 

Help would be really appreciated.

 

Edit:

Few years earlier I was using cbbe(and a bunch of other mods) but with nmm on other computer and save, and there wasn't any problems with them. I could change mods continuously and nothing were causing any issues.

 

Edit 2:

Sorry for creating new topic. Returning to NMM(and LOOT with TES5Edit) fixed the issue - I don't know why, but it fixed it and I'm really glad about that.
