wickedsicklol Posted September 27, 2012 Share Posted September 27, 2012 So, I was here thinking... Wouldn't it be nice if we had a little mod that allowed us to keep our souls even after defeat? I am not proud to ask this, I don't like to cheat on any game in any way. But, the thing is, I like this game, also, I don't have so much free time now to grind souls, I get angry very easily and, it seems, I suck at this game...And that's why, I decided to put my pleas here in hope of it to not fall onto deaf ears, I hope some good soul can do that for me, please. I feel really bad when I am walking around and die, "ok... Death is part of the game as well" I say to myself, then, on my way to recover my lost souls, I die again. It happened for quite some times till I decided to ask for a mod that would allow me to keep all my souls even after death and before I break another key board. But if you feel you need more souls, quickly and easy, search for "Dark Souls Soul farming" on Youtube. There is a location in Darkroot Forest you can use to painlessly level up a bit. Can't it be fun AND difficult, at some degree? Keeping the souls after defeat, I see it as a balancing of the game between the enemies, whom always respawn when resting at a bonfire, and I, to keep what I have. The combat, the damage, shall still be the same, but "money" and XP will remain where it is, with me, even after death.
