Mod Request - Change Reticle Colors

I fly with a mouse. You move the little circle outside the big stationary circle to pitch and yaw and use a/d for roll.

 

The problem is quite often, especially during atmospheric entry, I can't see the white reticle against the white background.

 

A deep dark red or purple would be much more visible. Is there a way to change it or do we have to wait for a mod to do it?

Still need to find the white line texture. Also there's 6 reticles to edit (A-F).

I'm hoping this is work in progress for a future mod? ;)

My Base is on a yellow desert like planet with a lot of cloud cover. Coming down from space, or leaving the planet, I can never see the white reticle.

Edited all relevant reticles, but couldn't find the white line. I suspect it's a vector graphic so should be inside an .mbin.

 

Anyway, I'll just drop this here and someone else can have a go.

This contains the .pak file, a screenie and 3 photoshop files.

Anyone is allowed to publish this, but give me credit when you do.

I dropped the .pak file in my mods folder and I love it. It's so much easier for me to see now.
