Stuck Enchantment in Active Effects from Removed Mod Items

Ive encountered this bug again but didnt find a solution for it. I had a mod that added orcish jewelry and I enchanted an amulet and a ring. Then i removed some mods from my load order and i must have accidentaly deleted that one.

The effects altough remained active and are hell of op (130% magic resistance 100% Destruction cost reduction 130% Fire&Frost resistance) and i just dont know how to get rid of them. The source of these lost artifacts in active effects is now titled as the first enchantment i had on them - Resist Magic and Resist Fire instead of orcish pendant and orcish ring. Id like to know if theres a way to remove them without deleting all active effects because im already close to the end of the game with 350 mods and my active effects list is gigantic.

so did you find a solution?

I`m having the same issue

nope I tried everything that came to my mind to solve the problem but to no avail. The only thing i found out is that the mod for the jewelry was "More Interesting Loot" but that wont help you. sorry man.

But what would work is reinstalling the mod with the removed enchanted items and loading a save where you still wear them and unequip the items. But you will probably have to play a lot again because younger saves will still be containing the bug

read an elder scroll it will wipe potion effects and stuff like that, kill thralls, pretty much remove anything that is not either an inherent racial passive or being reapplied by gear you have on still (you should even hear a sound like your equipment is being removed and re-equipped all at once really fast during the blinding animation thing i wana say..thats what i do when i have a 7000 hour potion buff or something (modded alch etc) and i want it gone...also you can modav stat -xxx, setav, or damageav then the value, (and restoreav to add it back)
