I now have a desktop and am trying to mod fallout 4. I am having issues. Do I still need to go into the ini and pref and make changes?If yes, can someone please tell me step by step where to go and what to do? I can't remember. Thank you and thanks in advance for anyone who responds with help. P.S.: I already have a few mods installed.
