Witcher 2 graphics

The story so far;

Running 3.4GHz CPU

20GB ram

2GB dedicated ram GPU on GeForce GTX 950.

 

Ran great with highest appropriate configurator settings. I stuffed it up by getting lost in modding.

Un-install and clean reinstall.

 

Now it's as if the game deasn't see the graphics card and anything higher than lowest settings make the characters look like reject cartoons.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this?
