HELP: Infinate Loading Screen When Loading Exteriors

So about 3 days ago, I encountered an issue where my Skyrim SE upon trying to exit a building will load a black screen that can only be closed from the task manager, music will still play and no matter how long i wait it will not load.

I first tried reloading earlier saves to see if this was the problem...this would work for about a maximum of an hour before the problem would resurface and i would be unable to leave an interior.

I then went through every single mod in my load order individually to see which was causing the crash, this reveled.... absolutely nothing game was still crashing, only removing ALL of my mods would fix the issue (but this is just unreasonable!!)

I Then Started to remove groups of mods to see if i had some how gone over a limit... to no avail.

After all of this i then:

1. went into xEdit cleaned all of my plugins requiring it (again)

2. Created A Merged Patch

3. Created A Bashed Patch

This fixed my problem... for an hour then it resurfaced again :\ :\ :\

[Now it must be a memory issue?]

I go into my task manager to check my memory allocations and usage percentages skyrim would take up 75-80% of my 8gb ram running in an exterior, and the same for an interior; when trying to load the exterior when exiting the interior there was no spike in memory usage and the game would crash as previously described.

So, no. Maybe.

I have SSE Fixes installed

I have Engine fixes installed

No mods are conflicting to my knowledge

I even did this - https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/945533-skyrim-infinite-loading-screen/ (post3)

And just in-case it was my map i turned it off

I feel as though I have done everything i could yet i cannot find a solution.

So please someone with more brain cells than me please help me and point out whatever dumb mistake/ thing I'm over looking because I am completely stumped.

Thank You Kindly.

Did this issue just recently surface, or was this a new game you were testing on? It most likely is caused by one of your mods, but removing that mod is not guaranteed to remove the issue if you do not start a new game. Skyrim bakes its scripts into its save files, so even with the mod removed, the script causing the issue could still be active if you do not start a new game.

If this was not a new game, what was the last thing you did before the issue started? I had an issue in my Skyrim Special Edition (on a save I played for over a year) where whenever I left a building the game would do exactly what you described. What I had done right before this started happening was I started the quest line for Vigilant. To this day I am unsure why this mod caused this issue, as I had used it before with no issue, but that is besides the point. What I did to solve the issue was remove the mod and load a save before I started the quest line. (It is not recommended to uninstall a mod mid playthrough as it can cause instability, but it was that or lose a year worth of progress) I never ran into the issue again.

Long story short, if you just started a quest, or a mod right before this happened, uninstall it and load a save prior to when you started the quest, or mod.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted!
