Fallout4 Freezing in ItemTransfer

Hello, everyone.

I have problems with fo4 in-game.
Every time when I try to open special containers or items from dead bodies, the game completely freezing so that I can NOT go back to desktop (with ALT+TAB), not with other keys. It freezes but the audio/music is still there.

 

It happens when I try to take items (after leaving vault111) there are 3 locked chests with some items. It happens only by the 2nd (middle) chest on the ground.
Then when I have killed in concorde the deathclaw and the bad guys, try to take out items from the dead bodies where one has key for a location) it freezes too. It does NOT freeze with every boxes, chests, shelves, dead bodies but with some special transfers.

To use Windows normal I have to log-out then log-in. Otherwise there is no way to see Windows desktop or even the task manager.

I have been looking for some days on the Internet for help with my problem but could not find anything that has to do with this problem (freezing when opening containers, taking dead bodies' items etc.)

I have installed many many of the mods with fenris95's guides and from guides on NM (this) and LL sites. Sorting plugins via LOOT and/or mo2.

By the way, the game works fine and loads normal before game starts.

It is the Grab and Eat mod. I had the same exact issue with random freezes when looting corpses or containers. I believe there is a scripting error that occurs randomly and the author of the mod seems to have stopped updating it. I uninstalled and haven't had any freezing or crashing at all. Let me know if it helps you're problem, but I can almost guarantee it is the issue. Same exact freezing problem: locks up at a still image of the game, music and other sounds still playing, I had to control alt delete and exit the game via task manager with my keyboard. It's a shame because it really is a helpful quality of life mod, but definitely not worth the heartache of losing a big chunk of time on survival difficulty due to looting the random corpse that will freeze your game out of nowhere. I have deleted this mod (grab and eat) and eating off the floor and take and equip or use mods too.

I thought user interface mods (def_ui, hud framework etc.) or AAF would causing the issues but they do not do it, i guess.
