I only have 2 files in my skyrim SE folder

I only have skyrim, saves and skyrimprefs in my Skyrim SE folder, I'm looking to get the skyrim.ini file so i can mod he game, but it's not there.

I previously had the file but it sad that it got baked, i don't know what that means so I just deleted the file and now i can't figure out how to get the original file back.

Any help?

Right click on your Recycle Bin and hopefully you can restore it.
You shouldn't be haphazardly deleting files in your C:\Users\<Name>\My Documents\My Games\SkyrimSE folder
