A college hidden deep in the province of Black Marsh, where not even the Imperials nor Tiber Septim would go. Secure and ancient.

Skyrim has a major plothole where all these magic users crop up around Skyrim, but where are all of these magic users learning and getting trained? It's not like there parent's taught them, because the frequency of magic books isn't that common in people's households, in addition to this, the College of Winterhold is the only formal magic training for the arcane arts.

There are no small magic teaching centers, no large ones either, just the College of Winterhold, and I think it would be a nice change to have a college of Black Marsh, free from the cultural stigmas against the dark arts.

I really want to see more arcane science(mad science), where characters are doing things not usually seen.

For example: Characters experimenting with necromancy, surgery, spells, for example: NPCs placing tap roots, briar hearts, red stones, and-or soul gems into other NPCs.

Also maybe hagravens and less common interactable NPCs, or a Foresworn mages. But I definitely want to see a lot more Argonians, I feel like the game definitely has a strong neglect for Argonian characters.

LIke it would be cool to see NPCs acting like they are doing arcane science/magic, like trying to make flesh atronachs/golems that are hybrids between other races. Not necessarily succeeding, but just kind of talking to mages who are busy at work doing things the other guilds may frown upon.

It would be cool to see various NPCs:
Vampires,

Werewolves(Especially this or Werebears lurking in the swamps, because Were-creatures get like no love in Skyrim. [They are a fun enemy.])
Dremora,
Hagravens,
Orcs,
And of course Argonians.

The Bleeding Trees:
Giant Mushroom/Fungal Stalks(Not technically Trees.)

Hist
Briar Trees(Where the briar heart starts taking roots within the foresworn body.)
And obviously Argonians.

Also it would be nice to see if this College was the opposite of Winterhold, where there are far more students, and more organized, almost militant.
