Skeleton Physics/collision settings Disabler? (please!)

Greetings.

 

Bear with me... I don't know all the lingo...

 

Simple request. There are several mods that can create a bug where items and trash piles and such can be found under the game world, or outside an interior cell... and sometimes those piles of blobs as I call them, can lead to a problem where somehow skeletons wind up in the pile/blob, and as a result, their physics, or whatever controls their ability to move/bend etc at joints goes absolutely crazy... stretching the skeletons to extreme dimensions as they bounce all over. This reduces the FPS in the area to 0 instantly. The piles/blobs of leftover/bugged out mod items and debris is bad too... but since that problem doesn't seem easy to solve, it DOES seem like disabling skeleton physics/animations would be an easy fix for people with this kind of issue. Fact is, MANY people may benefit from such a mod, and not even know this was what was causing their issue. It took me, and others A LONG TIME to realize that the skeletons were the problem at all... like YEARS.

Here's someone else's recent experience with one mod (not the only one) ...independent of mine... I just thought he/she worded this well, so i'm including it.

"...There is a bug here: somehow author puts a bunch of trashpiles, large piece of wal, apc and somebokses somewhere near the doctor cabinet in this large hangar (high enough, just under the roof of location) in this place. Inside them author puts some skeletions which constantly bouncing and game tries to calculate it's physics and lags as hell. In tcl mode they are not calculate physics so you travel there and disable them or scrap. Now I know there are mods that do ...basically... what i'm suggesting. For example: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17630 ...this mod makes it so the mannequins in the world are always standing... by removing the collision settings from the mannequin meshes. I'm proposing the same concept me use on the skeletons.
