dreamdweller Posted October 19, 2019 Share Posted October 19, 2019 I am a bit puzzled about the new permissions to mod on Nexusmods.It is my understanding that admins applied blanket denial to Modification (including bug fixes) and Asset use permission (under any circumstances)Then I guess the authors need to log in and allow permission according to their individual policy ethics.I sent a personal message asking for conversion permission of a mod I am interested.The author was last active Jun 09 2019 and it is unknown when will log on again. On the other hand Bodyslide creates a separate project that has to be activated by the user to modify the assets. NexusComa Posted October 20, 2019 Share Posted October 20, 2019 If you're just making a BodySlide conversion and can't get a hold of the mod author I can see no foul in just putting out the conversion in a different mod package.You could explain the Bodyslide files are for use with said mod. That way you are not changing the original mod in any form. Simply add a link to the it. Just set it up so so it unpacks to the correct folders. I may be wrong here but I don't think I am ...
