I have been looking for a while and sadly not turned up anything good. There are some good Starkiller, Revan and Vader mods out there but to my utter suprise, no Malgus. In my opinion Malgus is one of the coolest looking sith lords in star wars so you can understand my reaction to there existing no mod for his armor in Skyrim. If some Star Wars Skyrim fan or whatever made this mod it would undoubtedly be so cool.
