Stutter/crash on loading screen

Not sure if this was addressed elsewhere, but I recently started playing again, and I have this problem. Every time I leave Earth for Mars, the game stutters briefly on the loading screen, then crashes. Sometimes I get lucky and it'll crash on the loading screen after leaving Mars instead...but I never make it to the Citadel. Even worse, my saves for that character are borked as well (game crashes when I try to load any of them). I painstakingly checked my mods to see what the problem was, and I thought I narrowed it down to the Ark mod that went with EGM. The game seemed to run fine after that, and my mods appeared to be working. However, after installing ALOT, I started the game over again, leave Earth, loading screen and....CRASH!!! Same damn problem as before, complete with borked save. Running autoTOC through the ME3 mod manager did nothing to fix the problem, repairing the game through Origin fails due to Origin's recurring "directx internal setup" issues (don't get me started with what I went through just to reinstall the damn game), running as admin (both game and Origin) does nothing, compatibility mode does nothing, switching off the in-game overlay does nothing.

Mod list attached.

Anyone else having this issue?

EDIT: I disabled a couple of mods, primarily ones I wouldn't need for this playthrough (playing Femshep, Ashley's dead) and suddenly the damn game is playing normally again. Still not sure what exactly is causing the issue, but I'm likely gonna just end up doing away with ALOT and start over with the mod setup I had that was actually working BEFORE I installed ALOT.

This was exactly what I was going to suggest. It's a great mod. It just doesn't play well with others.

(Same situation with "Improved Atmosphere" for Dragon Age: Origins. Causes crashes because it's incompatible with waaaaay too many other mods that I use. Learned the hard way...)

This was fixed in MEM 224. MEM 222 had a change that we soak tested but we did not receive any crash reports until after the soak had completed. This was fixed around November 3.

If you are having an issue with a mod, post it on the mod page. Posting it anywhere else doesn't really do you any favors as the authors likely don't check other areas.

Additionally, this mod is not "incompatible" or "doesn't play nice" with other mods. It is a very complex process to replace textures in ME games, and it involves essentially recompiling the entire game's texture references in every single game file.

My point exactly. It's a "very complex process", and if anything at all interferes, (like another mod) it leads to a crash. Players don't necessarily know the source of the problem, e.g. that they shouldn't use two different texture replacers! They only know that the game no longer works. See the OPs case for an example.
