Legacy of The Dragonborn CTD in Solitude and missing textures

I started a new playthrough after installing mods on a new pc and every time I enter solitude, my game crashes after about 30 seconds or if I get closer to where the museum would be. I have tested removing various texture mods like SMIM or SFO and Legacy, When I remove Legacy, Solitude runs just fine. I have used Legacy before on my last pc with no issues other than framerate since that computer sucked. Anyways here is my load order.

Another thing is that some books dont have cover textures. I had Book Covers Skyrim installed but its included in Legacy so I removed it. I installed Legacy, the update, and patches. When installing the update I have tried it replacing files and merging with files. Both of them result in the crash and missing textures for book, and some other various things like collectible gemstones.

 

I am running an RTX 2060, i7-8700k, 16gb ram, windows 10 64-bit

Did you figure out what's wrong? I'm having the same problem.

 

EDIT: I reinstalled everything and using the non-light version of the patch fixed it for me.
