[LE] Innkeepers Rent-a-room script

I want to create a mod to make the racist undertones of the game feel a bit more palpable.

To do this I wanted to make Elda Early-Dawn (innkeeper in Windhelm's Candlehearth Hall) not offer to rent a room to elves or argonian characters. The thing is, I don't know how do limit who can rent a room from her... Is there a way to do this?

I also want to add the ability to rent a room in the New Gnisis Cornerclub (so that elves have an alternate place to stay) and a new "innkeep" in the Argonian assemblage, where Argonians can rent a bed for the night.

The room rentals are handled via dialog. All you probably need to do is add some condition statements that will allow the dialog option to show when the player is not one of the "undesired" races. Off the top of my head, I do not know the quest record to look at in order to access the correct dialog entries.

Eldar Early-Dawn does not have a unique voice she is FemaleShrill, so her Rent Room lines are the generic ones. So the dialogue lines you need to put conditions on, are in the RentRoom Topic in the Quest; DialogueGeneric. Make sure you get the conditions correct or your changes could apply to all the Innkeepers voices that used them.
