The first patch is out.  But to quote Cora from Tapsters, "My recommendation is avoid."

The patch is working fine for me. Aside from a noticeable decrease in the lighting quality, overall the patch makes Inquisition run a lot better than before. Also, the shiny hair was fixed so I could revert my mesh quality back to medium.

The "findables locations appear on the radar during search" fix made it worthwhile for me!

Yes, now that a few brave souls have uploaded their DAI "mods", (ok, just some saved games so far, but it's a start!) there is an "official" Dragon Age Inquisition Nexus. 

 

And a HUGE  'Thank You' to Brokenergy for all the work that went into keeping us informed about DAI prior to release!
