Unusual problem with MWSE config option

Hello,

I just ran into an unusual problem with MWSE. I started a new game with several MWSE mods. There is no MWSE config option when I open the MW control panel. It was there in earlier games I played. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the ones I want to use, but the option does not appear.

Is there a 'master' MWSE mod that I need to have installed in order to show the config options for the individual MWSE mods. I did uninstall one or two because I wasn't using them; don't remember the names offhand right now. I used the mwse update installer before I started the new game.

Thanks,

John

Here is the Configuration menu EasyMCM BUT that is now Included in the Alpha. Are you sure you have the most up to date Version of MWSE? IOW easyMCM is included w/ the most up-to-date MWSE.

I had used the update mwse executable. I don't know why, but the problem has disappeared. My troubleshooting was to use Wrye Mash to uninstall all of the MWSE mods, start a new game, exit it, then install the MWSE mods a few at a time and then start another new game to see what happened. Somewhere in there, the MWSE mods started behaving as expected. Sorry about what turned out to be a false alarm. It just caugnt me really off-guard.

Sorry for opening htis zombie post, but i am at my wit's end. First time use MWSE mods. The Config option does not appear in title menu or anywhere. I have no idea what is happening.

No problem. From your description, I'm not sure what the problem may be and can only suggest posting in the thread of the Morrowind Script Extender (MWSE). Regardless of where you post, it will help everyone if you can be more detailed about the problem or describe what you expected to happen. For example, is it a specific MWSE mod or just MWSE in general? It wasn't clear to me when I first started using MWSE mods that there is an selection titled something like mod options or mod configuration as part of the whatever the screen is called in which you choose game choices such as new, load, save, exit etc. Similarly, that screen is accessible during the game when you hit the Esc button. Not much help here but good luck.
