if you was cured of lycanthropy a second time and wants to go back to being werewolf you can enable the dialogue "i wish to regain the gift of beast blood " of Aela with the command: resetquest 0200f899 thus you back to being a werewolf without bug you can enter the underforge again and have the power of hircine ring enabled under powers when equipped. if you have problems you can use the command: player.setstage F6090 100 to force a cure before using the command to enable the dialogue.

observation: Unequip hircine ring before doing anything

I know this is a very very old thread, but thank you so much. I never knew Aela will only re-gift you lycanthropy once (i had to re enter soul cairn a few time for forgotten quests and chose to be a vampire from Serrana).
