Fallout 4 traveler display problem

I'm new here at these forums. I hope I am posting in the right category concerning my problem.

 

While working through Fallout 4, at one area, I fell into a vat of molten iron. This is where I began to notice the problem.

It appears the skin is having something protrude beyond the skin line. When I "speak", the problem shows around the chin and mouth area. By no means does it effect my game play, but is annoying at the least to see. The skin was fine before the fall into the molten iron. Those I meet and the companions have no such problem.

 

Is there a reset available (short of starting over) to place the skin in its proper appearance?
