I know it's hard enough to mod TVs as is, but it would be absolutely great to watch or listen to Singing In The Rain or hear it's scores play while I go through the Wasteland. For phonographic (sound) recordings copyright on that performance lasts for 50 years after it was made, but for film 70 years from the death of the last principal director, author or composer. The movie isn't in the public domain on Archive.orgHowever there a few clips of the famous song and dance number from the movie there.Whether those can be considered public domain I can't say. However, I hope that it will give you a start in the right direction. However yes... better safe than sorry, I can't recommend sharing a mod that contains the song itself.
