Tabbing out of the game by scrolling and opening things on my second screen

Whenever I use the mousewheel to change from 3rd to first person or vice versa there is a small chance that it starts scrolling through icons on my second screen and opening one of them.

This causes the game to be sent to the background for the newly and unintentionally opened program and me to not be able to play anymore because its frozen once i tabbed out somehow - playing in Fullscreen.

of course i could just move my desktop icons from the second to the first screen when i want to play but theyre somehow reset everytime i restart my pc and it's a lot of effort in the long term.

Anyone knowing a fix or having a similar problem?

Sounds like you have Skyrim set to run in a Fullscreen Bordless Window, instead of just Fullscreen, which makes it lose focus when your mouse cursor goes outside of the border
