How to set ownership of a house?

I want to make dal mercers estate into a player home, but I've never been able to get the creation kit to work for enderal, and I do not know how to locate the cell id for it. I do have enderal edit, and am confident enough with the editor to make simple changes, but have never done this kind of project with it. Does anyone have any ideas where I could begin?
