Buy premium today, but if file size bigger than 500 MB, the speed drops to 20-70 kb/s (in Vortex and in direct download from browser too). When i download something from other sites everything is ok.

Why is this happen, and will it be fixed?

After you switched to premium, did you log out, quit the browser, open it back up and log back in to the nexus?

Also, try a manual download, and see what your speed is for that.
If it's fast, then you can just drag the downloaded mod to vortex, -OR-, just put it in your Vortex Download folder, where Vortex will detect it.
