Why do they have so little?

Why don't Super Mutants have a lot of animations in Fallout 4. And when I'm talking about animations I mean new animations for holding and using weapons.

 

I am only asking for these weapons. To 1- have new animations so Super Mutants can use them, and 2- be integrated into their leveled list.

 

The R91 by C1ph3rr, it is a deadly weapon so it should spawn on Super Mutant Brutes like in Fallout 3

Wasteland Melody's Chinese Assault Rifle, also on Super Mutant Brutes

And The Service Rifle by DeadPool2099, in Fallout New Vegas the Super Mutants on Black Mountain used Service Rifles, it would be nice to see them use them in Fallout 4. Plus there is a Service Rifle replacer that replaces the base games Assault rifle with the Service Rifle.

 

If this is to much to ask then please make a comment of why this is to much.
