How do you make the best looking female character

Hey guys,

 

I'm not new to the community or to modding, but I just want to know how do you make your characters look great and with realistic physics. Every time I try following steps on how to make this work I run into bugs and dont know how to fix them. So if anyone can show me what they use and the steps they use that will be great. :)
