As for why I can't do it? Because blender is being as cooperative as the democrats and Republicans are in the U.S. If your up to it I'll email the file or Dropbox it or whatever I don't care. And then email/Dropbox the now nifskope weapon file to me. I'll get it up and ready with the custom sound and yada yada yada, into the geck.
