Very low download speeds for over 7 months now.

Let's start this off. So, in june this year i started experiencing donwload speeds in vortex that were, to say the least, very disappointing.

 

 

I went from my usual 1.8-2mb/s dowload speeds (non premium) to an average of 200kb/s, it usually maxes out at 440kb/s. On steam it averages out at 11-12mb/s

 

 

I litterally bought a whole new rig, new cpu, new everything, new network adapter. Everything in my rig is brand new and 7 months have passed.

 

 

Yet i still get these shoddy download speeds. Both on nexus and manual downloads, manual downloads actually have slower speeds.

Your IP resolves to Brazil, our closest server there is Miami, which should give you relatively good speeds, but you could try LA if you have a premium membership. Also if you're premium all files under 500MB would be served by an alternative CDN and may be faster.

I'm also from Brazil and i didn't have this problem a few months back, we used to download everything at 1mb/s or beyond (with premium) but now it's stuck at 400kb/s, also sometimes for a few seconds it downloads the mods at 1mb/s capactity, maybe there is an server in South america?I don't know, did you guys had an servers here in Brazil or South America and closed it or something? Because we didn't have this issue, specially with NMM, even tho the first months with Vortex were fine.
