XCOM2 Overpowered weapons and armor

This is a mod request please.

For me lazy cheater laid back with cup of tea gameplay style.

Please make a pack of overpowered weapons and armor for my X-com operatives.\

Because I like to win battles not loose them without any effrot whats or ever.

Ima lazy old fart cheater.And thats the way I like it.

When I come home back from work I like to relax in ma chair and watch my operatives tear everyone to pieces.

What fun.

They'll be in the .ini files somewhere I think. I don't know where though. I'd expect both of those things would be controlled by the same values for both the base game and WotC.
