I'm coming back to mod my Skyrim after a few months of not playing and for the first time the download is less than 50kb/s for me, I usually have a nice 1-2mb/s download rate from here. I am from Malaysia and here is the ping report:

However the download speed is between 700kb/s - 1.1mb/s if I use a download manager but sub-50kb/s if I'm downloading manually or using Vortex. I prefer to not have the hassle of using the download manager and then importing into Vortex.

 

Even with the download sample, my speed is less than 50kb/s.
