Vampire Black Face Bug PLEASE HELP

[Tierogames]

I am about to lose my mind. After almost an entire week of setting up SSE I finally finish only for almost every vampire in the game to have the black face bug. I have already tried pretty much everything I could find online to no avail. Here's everything I know so far:

As far as I can tell, only vampires are affected

 

I was easily able to fix Sybille Stentor simply by loading up CK and Exporting FaceGen data

 

I found a guide telling me to do this with all NPCs, it did nothing except for giving Sybille the bug back

 

Serana and, oddly, Rargal Thrallmaster at least are unaffected (Could have changed, I haven't checked them in-game for a while) Hern, Hert and everyone in Volkihar Keep (Harkon included, may have missed an NPC or two when running around in there) have the bug and nothing I have done has fixed even one of them

 

Hern has been my test subject for every fix I've tried so my attention has been on him. xEdit insists that the only files affecting him are Skyrim, Dawnguard, and Unofficial SSE Patch. I tried Exporting FaceGen Data for him individually just like I did with Sybille and it didn't work

 

The setnpcweight console command fixes any character I use it on, but of course this is only a temporary fix and extremely tedious to have to constantly do to every vampire I come across
