My game runs great and 99% of my work perfectly as they should but something among these mods just hates WMX and makes a majority of them unmoddable. I've been disabling mods, loading in, checking the Weapon mod vending machine, seeing nothing and repeating for the past hour.
It's really starting to get to me, please send help!

Did you follow the instructions on the WMX Description page about making a Merge Patch?

***Automatic Merged Patch Creation***

- This is strongly recommended as standard practice when using mods for FNV (especially a lot of mods at the same time), as it may improve compatibility between mods you may be using (including - but not limited to - WMX). If using more than one add-on for WMX at the same time (this includes compatibility patches), creating an automatic merged patch is even MORE important (assuming you want everything to work correctly).

- Download FNVEdit (http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/34703) to create the 'merged patch'. This should be done after you have installed and activated all the mods you wish to play the game with (and have configured your load order using a mod manager tool). This is how to do it:

- Run FNVEdit, and a list of all the plugins in your Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\Data\ directory will come up, listed as per your load order. By default, the plugins you have activated in the New Vegas Launcher or in a mod manager tool will have ticks next to them. This is what you want, so just click 'OK'.

- Once FNVEdit has finished loading, right-click somewhere in the panel on the left that lists your activated plugins, and select 'Create Merged Patch' from the context menu. (Note that this may be under the 'Other' sub-menu, depending on which version of FNVEdit you have.)

- Enter a name for the patch into the window that pops up (any name you like), and click on 'OK'.

- Once FNVEdit has finished generating the patch (it creates a new .esp file with the name you entered), which should only take a few seconds, close FNVEdit. Click 'OK' on the window that pops up to save the Merged Patch that was generated.

- Finally, make sure the Merged Patch esp is loading after all your other plugins (which it should already be, by default), and activate it using the New Vegas Launcher or a mod manager tool.

- If you ever uninstall plugins, update existing plugins, or install new ones, deactivate and delete the Merged Patch, and then follow these instructions again to create a new one.

In addition to the above, you do not need ALL of those optional WMX files. If you use "WMX-EVE-AllDLCMerged.esp" then you do not need the separate "WMX-EVE", and "WMX-DLCMerged" files because they are already combined.

* Don't install every optional file for a mod. Read the install instructions carefully. Optional files need to be selected on a "case by case" basis. For example: with any mod you usually only need one ESP (and possibly one ESM) "base" file depending upon whether you have all the DLCs active or not. Only if you don't have them all active do you need to install any specific DLC versions if there is an "Ultimate Edition/All/Merged DLC" version.

* "Compatibility patches" to make one mod work with another need to be placed after (as in "physically lower, higher numbered") in the "load order" than ALL of the plugins they are designed to make compatible. (This also applies to "fix" files.) ESMs should always be placed at the top (lowest numbered) positions in the "load order", followed by the related ESPs though they can be separated from their ESMs by other plugins. LOOT does a good job of determining those basic orders. Getting the "load order" incorrect will cause "Missing Masters" errors as well. You can make minor adjustments to the order and tell LOOT how to remember them. It's in the on-line documentation under "Metadata".

FYI: The "pre-order packs" (aka "POPs": Caravan, Classic, Mercenary, and Tribal; available now in the "Courier's Stash" addon), are not considered "true DLC expansions" by most mods and are treated as "compatibility patches" because they just add certain unique items. So their absence should not deter you from using "All DLC Merged" plugins. Where they are included, they should come after "GunrunnersArsenal.ESM" which is a true DLC expansion. When in doubt, follow the process in the wiki "Missing Masters" article to confirm they are not "master files" for that plugin.

Please see the 'Common Game Problems' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

Super sorry for the late replay, guys! I fell asleep last night before either of you posted.

Anyhow, I'll get to redoing my merged patch as well as disabling some of those WMX plugins that are not needed and then coming back and telling you guys how it goes. Thank you so much for the replies!

Alright, I've redone my merged patch, made sure to set it as high as I could among my modded plugins as well as removing all the WMX plugins I didn't need (And there was about 3 I had actually missed that I had to delete, thanks for that advice.) And as of right now, I can get a majority of weapons working with WMX but some still seem to not be working. This machine for example has no mods but as soon as I switch to the base battle rifle, I have 3 mods waiting for me to apply.

Okay! I got everything working! I seems that IMPACT has WMX patches of it's own near the bottom of the file section that are normally where I see older versions of mods so I never downloaded them. I'm such a dumby. Anyhow, after downloading the patch for WMX and everything else from IMPACT I was able to mod This machine and other problem weapons.

Glad to hear you figured things out. Yes, missing patches are the usual reason behind most problems you would not normally expect with mods that make major changes to the way things work across the board, such as WMX and IMPACT. They are usually documented, but there are no hard and fast rules for organizing the "files" section of a mod. Scrolling through the entire list, as well as checking the "comments" page, should become second nature with time.
