Since i re-downloaded Vortex recently i've been having trouble with it's download speed not exceeding 416 kb/s, sometimes it has an boost and for a few seconds maintain it's download cap of 2 mb/s but then it stops, i noticed a few moments ago that it downloaded 2 files of 48.5 and 6 mb at 2mb/s but when it got to the 130mb downloads it got back to 416 kb/s, i've tried to re-install it but nothing, i live in Brazil and i found out i'm not the only one with this problem here, in the topic i've found someone said "Your IP resolves to Brazil, our closest server there is Miami", but i don't think the problem is miami is far from here, using NMM and Vortex a few months prior, i never had this problem.

 

Any suggestions or fixes i'll appreciate.

It could be due to Christmas Traffic, people online still Christmas shopping etc.

I know my speeds have been much slower around this time of year as well.

It's like this for a month now, and the other topic from another brazilian said it has been going for over 7 months, i never had this problem before, it was always 1mb/s in NMM and 2mb/s in Vortex, i think i lasted used it on the start of this year

You don't have to download using Vortex.

Just manually download the mod and drag it to the Vortex window.

How do your manual download speeds compare?
